Led by Shen Weimin, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau, Liu Gang, Director of the Quality Management Department of the Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau, Liu Rongming, Vice President of the Shanghai Commercial Federation, Chen Qi, Deputy Researcher of the Letters and Visits Office of the Shanghai Environmental Protection Bureau, Song Wei, Senior Engineer of the Municipal Construction Engineering Safety and Quality Supervision General Station, Yao Yongdong, Former Chief Engineer of the Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau, Zhang Zhirong, Engineer of the Shanghai Quality and Standardization Research Institute, Dong Xiaoping, Deputy Researcher of the Comprehensive Department of the Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau, Yin Xiangwen, and Dai Sheng, a total of 10 people, formed an assessment team to review the quality work of the Fengxian District Government from 2014 to 2015. Fengxian District was selected as the assessment team. On site inspections were conducted at two locations.
