The bonding strength performance of metallurgical composite gathering and transportation pipelines is significantly better than that of mechanical composite pipelines.
The interlayer bonding force has increased from 0.2MPa in mechanical composite pipes to over 210MPa, a 1050 fold increase.
Feature 2: High temperature resistance, without causing thermal collapse of the inner tube
Due to its low bonding strength, mechanical composite pipes are prone to collapse under high temperature conditions (around 240 ℃), resulting in inner pipe delamination.
