Shanghai Senior Political Worker Lecture Hall Quarterly Salon and Fengxian District "Xinsihui" Corporate Culture Salon

To further enhance the quality and level of ideological and political work at the grassroots level, on the morning of June 25th, the quarterly salon of Shanghai Senior Political Workers' Lecture Hall and the second quarter of Fengxian District's "Xinsihui" Corporate Culture Salon were successfully held. This event is hosted by the Publicity Department of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shanghai Research Association for Ideological and Political Work, and organized by the Publicity Department of the Fengxian District Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Research Association for Ideological and Political Work of Fengxian District, and the Committee of Qingcun Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai. Lu Jiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Fengxian District Committee of the Communist Party of China and Minister of Propaganda, attended and delivered a speech.

       Ideological and political work is an excellent tradition, distinct feature and prominent political advantage of the Communist Party of China, and it is the lifeline of all work. The event, with the theme of "Shouldering New cultural Missions and Uniting Hearts to Embark on a New Journey", takes the construction of corporate culture as an important approach to ideological and political work, and effectively enhances the level of ideological and political work at the grassroots level。

At the event site, appointment letters were presented to the members of the "New Thought Hub" political worker Propaganda team of Fengxian District, further stimulating the talent engine of the political work team and supporting the construction of corporate culture.

During the exchange and speech session, Zhang Jindan, a senior political worker of Shanghai, and Wang Zhenzhong, the general manager of Shanghai Tianyang Steel Pipe Co., LTD., respectively took the stage to speak. They shared their explorations and experiences in ideological and political work and corporate culture construction from the perspectives of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.

      
During the event, Shen Ke, a professor, doctoral supervisor and vice dean of the School of Social Development and Public Policy at Fudan University, delivered a special report titled "Population Aging and Economic Development". With detailed data analysis and rich first-hand cases, he expounded on the challenges and opportunities faced by changes in population structure and high-quality economic development.

The quarterly salon of the Shanghai Senior Political Worker Lecture Hall and the "New Thought Hub" Corporate Culture Salon of Fengxian District have been successfully held for two sessions, further gathering ideological and political resources and forces and enhancing the level of ideological and political work at the grassroots level.
